Biography

Moving to Perth 2012 with late husband Liam who was to die in 2017 with the effects of brain cancer. Kate was the sole career for Liam along with their 2 babies who were aged 2 years and 4 months when Liam died. Along side her friends Kate, with no previous entrepreneurial experience, registered a charity that is set to bring end of life care to Yanchep and surrounding areas. Noticing the lack of facilities available in the far northern corridor of Perth metro. Kate wants to provide a service for her community that will see them enjoy every day of their lives.

Kate sits on the Advanced Care Planning consumer panel for Palliative Care WA as well as a consumer panel for compassionate communities where she is a community connector for the northern suburbs of Perth.
